Arizona Cops Shoots and Kill Unarmed Man whose hands were in the air

 

What is happening to our police, I clearly don't hate the police they are suppose to protect and serve.
I don't care if this guy was a drug dealer he clearly had his hand up in the air they could have taken a better router like use a tazzer gun , that would knock him on his ass! They definitely had him surrounded. What the FUCK!
